This is a free online meditation and is designed for everyone, regardless of meditation experience. Whether you're a seasoned meditator seeking to deepen your practice or a curious beginner taking your first steps, this is a supportive space to connect with your inner self and experience the benefits of meditation.

What to expect:

-Amy Ruth, experience facilitator will guide you through a gentle and effective meditation practice, leading you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace

-Let go of worries and anxieties and cultivate calmness and clarity to help you start the week on the right foot

-You’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready to face the week ahead with a positive and centered mind.

How to prepare:

  1. go to a quiet space in your home

  2. get your jammies [or comfy clothes] on

  3. pick a comfortable place to sit or lay down

  4. have your phone or computer ready

  5. click on the Google Meets link that is sent upon registration

  6. join Amy at 8:30pm with an open heart and open mind, ready to relax

  7. Extras: light a candle for yourself, use essential oils to help you relax [lavander, frankincense or cedarwood], soothing instrumental music in the background
