As a spiritual practitioner, my mission is to help individuals shed limiting beliefs and a negative mindset that may be holding them back from realizing their full potential. My approach focuses on realigning clients with their essence, their soul's truth, and guiding them towards a more fulfilling life.

The truth is, life can be difficult. From a young age, we are conditioned to believe that we are never doing or being enough, which often leaves us feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. However, by rewiring our subconscious mind and healing generational trauma, we can choose to live a life of joy and enlightenment, free from limiting beliefs.

In 2019, By Amy Ruth was founded after recognizing a pervasive feeling of disconnection among individuals carrying unconscious traumas. I realized that despite pursuing all of the conventional markers of success - graduating high school and college as a first-generation student, and establishing a career in both Chemistry and Education, I still felt unfulfilled.

Feeling lost and struggling with chronic health issues, I prayed for something to enter my life that could make me feel whole. My spiritual awakening began in May of 2018 and synchronistically met Laurie Rodic of Angelic Roots in July of 2018. Through this divinely guided connection, I became attuned to Reiki and went on to experience a life-changing shifts in my awareness.

As a result of this transformation, I felt compelled to help others who may be experiencing a similar sense of disconnection. I founded By Amy Ruth to guide individuals towards their true selves and a deeper understanding of their spiritual path. Through personalized, compassionate guidance, provided in meditations, workshops, Soul Coaching®, and Reiki sessions, I help clients heal from the traumas and limiting beliefs that hold them back.
